WHAT TO EXPECT:
Award winning lifestyle & commercial photographer, Mark England, will show you how to best use the equipment you have & providing insight into how to upgrade in the future. Hint: It’s a lot like The Wizard of Oz…You already have the ruby slippers, the courage, the heart, & the brain, you just need the right direction for the magic to happen!
Instruction is designed specifically to meet the needs of individual students. Potential topics will be discussed on the 1st night, including portraits, landscapes, architecture, product, night, & street photography, studio, nature & much more!
A camera you would like to become better acquainted with & its instruction manual (if available). We’re familiar with most brands & models, but a cheat sheet never hurts! Bring what you have, no one is excluded because you don’t have a new or expensive camera. Bring your memory card & charge your battery the day before!
ALSO…Bring a favorite tea cup, grand dad’s pocket watch, or your heirloom fountain pen…Whatever inspires you! Creativity is best tapped by the things that make us feel good..old photos, or a cherished quilt are just a few other ideas to get your creativity flowing. Seriously. Try it. You’ll be surprised! Wear comfortable shoes, we may just take an impromptu photo walk!
A comfortable environment in which to learn, paper, writing instruments, & light refreshments, along with hands on exposure to current & legacy photography equipment.
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
Pets or children. However, we will have classes in the future where our babies & fur babies are encouraged to attend!
